All CINCO Drink Co orders take 48 hours to process and will ship out within five business days. Orders come with tracking and do not require a signature to deliver. We strongly suggest shipping your order to an address where there will be someone available to receive the shipment. We are not responsible for lost, damaged (in transit) or stolen items.

Canada: Canadian Tracked via Canpar (trackable), 9-14 business days – $15
United States: USPS First Class Service (trackable), 4-14 business days – $18
International: USPS International Tracked, 14- 30 business days $30
*Note: Due to COVID-19 all shipping carriers are facing extreme delays in their delivery times. Once the shipment is dropped off to the carrier, the delivery time is unfortunately out of our hands.*
Duties and Taxes: For all orders, if there are any duties or additional taxes owed upon receipt of delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any of those additional costs. Failure for the customer to pay any additional costs and duties may result in the order being returned back to us, and if so, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs incurred.
